I graduated from the University of Michigan and majored in Spanish. I went to PT School at the University of Miami and lived there for several years afterwards.  While in Miami, I worked in the rehab and orthopedics settings and in my spare time could be found at the beach, doing yoga or biking the Biscayne Bridge.  After living in Miami for 5 years, I decided it was time to try out the West Coast so my husband and I moved to California where I completed a residency from the Ola Grimsby Institute.  My residency training taught me how to be more specific with my treatment and get to the root cause of patient complaints.

My favorite thing to do during the workday is troubleshoot why a certain movement is causing you pain and find the exercise or modification to help fix it.  I love when small changes make a big difference!  I am especially passionate about helping people improve their form to get back to yoga and running.

I recently re-located to Maryland from California to be closer to family and am looking forward to learning more about East Coast living. I’d love to hear about what you like to do here!
